If you know anyone who works in restoration, like say a house caught on fire and the company fixed the damages to the house. What they would then do is go in with a smoke machine and spray it all over the house. The smoke has some chemicals in it that take the odor away, and in like ten minutes all the smoke is gone and so is the smell. My friends dad owns a restoration company called Paul Davis Restorations. It is all across America, you may want to check in the phone book to see if you have one in your area. Believe me this **** works really good, my friends dad smokes in their Blazer and he does this to it like twice a year and you would never know that he smoked in it. Or you may just want to take it to a detail place. Hope this helps.
