Sorry you are right, our troops are over there to hunt/kill bad guys. After serving our country and being a patriot, I got carried away and said we. BTW do you know what country the rest of us are talking about?

I am glad you served your country. I applaud that. That still does not give you any right to call someone a tratior or being unpatriotic for having a difference of opinion.

Oh, and by the way. The country in question is Afghanstan and If recall the mission there was to bring democracy to that country as well. Now, are you done?

Show me where I called someone a traitor or unpatriotic.

Excellent, you identified the country.

As I stated before my understanding is that we (United States of America) are there to put the hurt on the bad guys; OBL, Al Qaeda, Taliban. Remember, the ones responsible for 9/11? These guys need to be killed/captured, while that is ongoing democracy can be restored. If they remain at large it will never happen. A few weeks after 9/11 I remember watching some footage of our troops entering a complex armed to the teeth, I don't think they were there to restore anything. If we (USA) are there to restore democracy it is a secondary mission.
