besides that cost! even if you bought an industrial size tub at Costco/Sam's Club you'd probably spend a fortune. you'd need a way to pump it all the way through the tubes and you'd need enough to get it packed in there.
wouldnt it take some time (years) for them to to corrode? as in past the life of the car..
