Them 1980s Cavvies really sucked. I had one to work on in auto-shop while I was in high school. And, damnit, that car NEVER WORKED! I spent one entire semester working on the damned thing, and it still sat in the shop during summer break!

But, there are still people that buy body kits and mod kits for those things. I don't know why. I never owned one, so I wouldn't know what made owners of those cars loyalists to its design. (then again, I see the same thing with the con...OH NEVER MIND).

Is my car for sale? PM me if you're in South FL.

The all time ugliest car has to be the AMC Pacer. Vegas were junk unless it had the V-8 Conver done. There were a few really fast ones around Akron in the late 70's. One even had a 454 in it and a 9 inch rear. If I remember correctly it was either HotRod or CarCraft did an artical on a wind tunnel test of a Pinto drag car and it was faster going backwards.

The Cosworth Vega was pretty cool, especially for the time. But again, you had to enjoy it before the car rusted out around you.
