Still getting the ballast thing sorted out. I have one from an old medical laser, but it only puts out 2350VDC. I need to find one that puts out 6300VDC. And, the gas isn't really neon, it's mercury vapor. Works the same way though.
James, that would be cool if you brought that down in June.
