Ok, I took off the cover behind the passenger wheel, the one that covers the belt pulleys. I got a good look at the wheelwell cover and it definetly has been rubbing the wheel. When I was down there I found a new problem. There was a lot of oil buildup, and a small stain on the bottom of the oil pan, it seems to be the gasket is gone, or going. I'm not down that much oil, but it concerns me. I called around and haven't been able to find the gasket, but the price was $60, does that seem normal?
