1- Please call Marty @ 818-507-6937 for all orders. He is having problems with his email being bounced and is not receiving any.

2- WeaponR: Marty just got back from SEMA and said that WeaponR was trying to peddle their wares. Looks like a Cease-and-Desist order will take effect early next year so they will no longer be able to sell/market them.

I'll believe that when I see it. Is his design patented? Also, they are different enough that I bet they can get away without patent infringement on the current design. I mean geez, there is only so many ways that you can fit a shorty header, 3 into 1 collector with wraparound pipe system in that closed space. The y-pipe is a direct copy of factory, so is the header flange. All that really leaves open to invention is the tube diameter, length of tubes, O2 sensor and EGR fittings, and material use. We all KNOW that WeaponR wasn't too good on the EGR and O2 sensor locations! Marty's headers are a better fit. We all know that Marty uses ceramic coated mild steel and weaponR uses stainless (a mixture of 400 and 304 stainless by the way). The weaponR's still work though so in the long run I can only say that they are Different enough no matter how weaponR designed their first set.

I'm guessing he may be trying to take action, but the trying and the doing are two different things entirely.
Shoot, I could build a set of headers on my own without measuring anything from Marty's or WeaponR's, just by making a mount from the stock manifolds and sort of connecting the dots you know?
