I made it that way. You can do the same. just remove the emblem (just the clear part) and sand off the back and remove the chrome in the lettering. then i just used some blue acrylic paint and painted over the letters, sanded it off again so the oval was clear and then used some metallic rustoleum to spray over it and then several coats of sealer. then just glued it back on after it dried really well.

SQPlus: I didn't see that eBay auction linked off of here till today, and the driver's side mirror was relisted so you don't have to sweat finding it for me. However, if you can find an MTX shift boot... I guess they all come in black, and that's just fine. Thanks a ton.
