Okay, I'm about to look colossally stupid, but: My SVT Contour has a folding back seat?!

I haven't read about any conversion for changing this. I haven't really messed around with it but I bet there is a crossmember that is preventing this from happening. I would take a look at the wagon. It has a huge!! sunroof and doesn't suffer much of a performance penalty. Since my wife has the SUV it wasn't a major concern.

the closest thing to new i have is a 1999 dodge stratus

bought it for $100 off an old lady, who ran something over, smashed the oil filter and siezed the motor

put a motor on it and it runs like its brand new!

the 2.4L has decent power too, stock for stock its very close to an ATX duratec, maybe even a hair faster!

Pull the two knobs in the trunk. They release the seatbacks.

That's what I would have thought, but a friend of mine just bought a non-GT and on a quick glance it didn't look like there was anything. I'll have to look more closely. Thanks!

2005 Volvo S40 T5 AWD with six speed manual. This puppy can launch! I really like it but its a bit small with everyone in it. Good for a family of four, but tight for five.

Now I'm looking for a little bit bigger vehicle.

How do you like the S40? My mom has a T5 too, nice car. Its got some pretty good power on it, and with the window rolled down you can hear the Turbo spool!

Is there something specific about that model year of trim variant (wagon) that makes it more valuable that usual? What did he want for it versus what it is worth?
