Go on, remind us.

I've had the SVTC for over four years now, and while it's still a blast it's reliability hasn't exactly impressed me. Next year I may look to trade down for a brief spell, to a used Sentra, Corrolla, Protege or Civic with three pedals. After that, or maybe bypassing the econobox altogether I want a used BMW. That's what I'd be in, but used prices for Bimmers four years ago (and for a long time up until then) were a joke. I'd like a 3-series or even a 5 if I can find a manual 5-series I can afford.

2006 Volvo S60R
Silver /w Nordkap (dark blue) interior
18" Gunmetal Pegasus Wheels
6 speed
loaded except for Nav.
It was built on November 9th. I can't wait. I've just ordered a down pipe & Cat back from Evolve. In the spring she'll get lowered via Heico or Evolve and some H&R spacers. If cash flows well, then some BBS RSGT, LM or RK2 rollers.

To be honest, with the winter coming there have been a TON of five- to eight-year-old 525i's and 540i's going on sale in New England (autotrader, cars.com, boston.craigslist.org) ... and a surprising number of them have manual transmissions. Cheap, too, several were sub-$10K. I found many in my search for a new vehicle.

One car that I would love to own would be the Pontiac Solstice. I had been tracking it from 2002, while I was still in high school. I had loved the car from when I first saw it. I'll be working soon enough, so hopefully I can get it.

Is my car for sale? PM me if you're in South FL.

You read my mind. I also have a big crush on the s40 1.9t and the "old" gen BMW 330xi with the "appearance package"
