im not sure if its as easy as normally replacing lug studs due to that oval-looking hole but if it is thens its very easy. you just hammer out the piece thats left, reach around ( ) and stick a new stud through the whole ( ) in front, put on the lug and tighten the poop out of it till the stud is alllll the way (ie the head of the stud is flush in the back).
i had similar drama constantly last year. i eventually found out that my rims needed hubcentric rings. after i added those, never had snapping lugs again.
