You need to seek some sort of counseling. Sounds like depression to me. Prozac may cure you.
But if this behavior of yours is a pattern of highs and then lows and has been occurring for a long period than I suggest you seek treatment. A nice drug cocktail should help.

ive been in the same position and let it go like an idiot...you more then likely will miss it when its gone. hows the communication from her there has to be a reason why this is going on and might be beyond the whole tired of the relationship bull. it sounds to me you got too comfortable too fast and are searching for ways to break out of that on a unconcious level and its coming out wrong. next time you get pissed off for no reason tell her you need a min and walk into the other room and think about why whatever just pissed you off. if there isnt a valid reason then youre definitely tired of being with her and you need to confront her about that, maybe take a few weeks off from each other and see how you feel then. if there is a valid reason or reasons then its both of you doing [censored] wrong. this is what i did and i realized that there was just nothing left in the relationship and it was time to end. best of luck to you man just remember, you will miss it when its gone...

Well I just talked it over with her and I guess we are going to stay together. I do have a script for zoloft but have not been taking it. I am going to start taking it again and see how that works out. I told her if things keep up with me, I will break it off just to save her the misery. Also I told her if I continue to do it, she can call me an ass or w/e she wants to
