As previously posted, get the codes scanned (again) and post here. Make sure all the wires/connectors are installed correctly (for the TSS and MLPS). Check if the ATF is still clear red/pink (use new ATF on paper towel to compare).

Still no codes. I'm going to try disconnecting the MPLS to see if the car shifts in the same manner. If it does, then I'll know it needs adjusted or perhaps a wire is loose somewhere. Fluid MAY be starting to darken, not really sure.
