If you haven't changed the ATF in 2 years or 24k miles, you may want to try changing the ATF 3X and see if it helps.

And sometimes transmission mounts could be broken. In addition, are is the Check Engine Light on? Or is the OD light flashing? You might have a bad TSS too.
