Ease of application basically. Some of the old guys like the paste. I like the Gel. Have no experience with the mist on stuff, I think its for quick detailing, like at an event. The paste and gel all drys the same its just a personal prefrence, I feel the paste drys up much quicker and is worthless, the gel lasts awhile in that bottle.
Zaino is best.
