Is Buffy ok?

I have a lot of friends that are really into it , but I just don't get the hype .

I find it hilariously ironic that you KNOW the NASCAR threads while claiming to be oblivious to the sport because of it's idiocity. I'm wondering if you're really as ignorant to the sport as you claim to be, considering your name shows up in almost every "redneck" thread.

WTF are you talking about , SAV ?? Do you even know ?? Did you even READ my post ?

I don't follow NASCAR threads around , nor do I follow it AT ALL . And I don't think I've ever replied to more than one (or maybe 2) other NASCAR threads . I didn't call it a "redneck" thread either ... YOU did . I merely stated that I don't get the hype involved with NASCAR .
And as for knowing it's a NASCAR thread - Who doesn't know who Tony Stewart is ?? You'd have to living under a friggin' rock not to hear & see all the NASCAR talk on the radio & television . PLUS , having friends that are into it yapping all the time about it gives me my daily fix of "redneck" talk (as you so eloquently put it) , so it's no wonder I know who he is . I just voiced an opinion , that's all . Take it or leave it ! No need to get all excited about it . Renee knows it was just a comment , she's a big girl with her own mind & took it for what it was . Just a comment . If anyone should be wound up , it would be her (being it's her thread) . But she knows how to let it roll off , like a grown-up .

Next time you want to bash me , have your P's & Q's in order . You have no clue about me .

My point is how you claim not to follow NASCAR, yet have such a bashing statement about it in your signature.

How's that for Ps and Qs.

The quote in my signature is a quote by Burt Levy , the author of a series of books I'm reading at the moment ... AND the inspiration for my "new" screen name . Buddy Palumbo is the main character , BTW .

Burt had the quote on shirts , hats & stuff ...

I figured since I hadn't changed my screen name & sig in years , I might as well go with the "complete" Burt Levy package .

My apologies then. If I had known the quote in your sig related to your SN, then I wouldnt've come to the table with what I did.

If you're man enough to apologize , I'm man enough to accept . It's still all good on my end , I've got tough skin . I've been on CEG toooo long to have thin skin .

I didn't make a major announcement explaining my "new" name & signature . I figured if someone wanted to know , they'd ask (and some did ) . Seriously , if you're a car-guy (I'm sure you are , being on here ) , you NEED to read Burt's books - starting with "The Last Open Road" . He also writes columns for car mags & mooches rides in racecars (and even calls himself a "professional ride mooch") .

You're kidding, right? Think '05 Taurus with different decals and you'll be 99% there.
