Yea, ok. So I was driving down a road I've never been before, doing like 60 mph. All off a sudden a hill drops quickly and I ramp it. Quite a hard landing. Smell of burn rubber and my MTX coming out of gear scared me a little. Then I noice that my thermostat is completely cold. So I pull into K-Mart to take a look under the hood, everything seems to be in fine and working order, doesn't seem to be overheating. I know that before I think my thermostat was stuck open, is there by any chance it just happened to quit working when I landed?

Sure. Check to make sure the connector for the ECT gauge sender did not come loose.

If your CEL comes on, scan it immediately and post the code. The rubber smell, could actually be the "plastic" lower radiator air deflector scraping the road when you landed.

Yea, I was thinking that or my tires hitting my wheel well? I know I heard plastic scraping, and it didn't feel like any frame hit.

If it is the tires on the wheel well, there will be some clear marks in the light. Check when it is light out.

Alright, an update, I walk outside to get in my car this morning, and there's a huge puddle...of oil. My dad says the oil pan is broken. Anyone wanna reccomend to me how to fix it?

Get an updated baffled one. I don't think you can swap pans off the 3.0L engines, but you might ask around and see what the best idea is while you're doing it. Anytime something happens with the oiling system I'd be thinking about that parts contribution to oil starvation.

Here is a thread with a picture of where the sensors are Duratec The temperature sensor for the gauge is the brass nut to the right of the blue cap. Good luck with the oil pan swap. You must have hit something sticking up off the road..
