Florida isn't all that great. Sure, you'll get to drive it year round. But you'll be fighting with Floridian drivers who simply go dumb behind the wheel. Plus the heat and humidity you get 3/4 of the year will simply make you want to go back.

And if you do come here...DO NOT GO TO LAKE WORTH!!! This city (which I unfortunately live in) has a horribly old power grid, so you'll occasionally get a blackout. On top of that, you pay outrageously high electric bills. I paid $577 ON ELECTRICITY last month. Last year, we were charged a full month's power when we only had power for 1 week within that month (after the hurricanes).

And, now that meteorologists are expecting hurricanes to come here at least once a year, people are already moving out. Insurance is going through the roof. That's if they are not leaving. One of my professors had his insurance dropped, simply because the company he was insured by didn't want any more Florida business.

Keep away from FLORIDA!!!!

Is my car for sale? PM me if you're in South FL.
