So he called the prosecutors office, the local news station and his lawyer and they all told him the Dealership had to disclose that information before the sale. So after going back down there with a manager from the Prosecutors office his car is now PAID OFF!! They just paid it off like that. Good and Bad I guess. No car payment now  Does he have to declare it's history if he sells it privately now? If not I would sell it knowing what it had gone through and buy a different car with the money after checking it on carfax first!  Stephen
