Sorry to hear that. I personally wouldn't give that guy the pleasure of sitting in my car, let alone tune it. I don't know what all he learned from Jerry, but his horrible customer service, awareness, and lack of patience definitely didn't come from him.

Not sure how you paid for all of this, but I'd cancel the transaction with your CC company if that's how you paid. It's going to be tough to get a hold of Jerry.
