Sorry to say it, but I think the rebuild was faulty and the clutch packs are now FUBAR. There may have been some fines in the tranny case left behind that are wearing out the packs, or the pump is worn & not able to generate enough pressure to keep them engaged.
Keep after them! Get your car on the road!
