Maybe pull fuses methodically.. Another CEG'er had wiring under the fuse box by the battery short out, he fixed it (different symptoms). I also remember someone else had underdash fuse box wiring fail on the back side of it. Good luck, let us know the fault. Somone else here has an SVT also not shutting off ...
