I'd just be interested in seeing a 2.5L with good head work and the escape cams I have sitting here.
I'm willing to donate except for minimal shipping/packing costs so that someone will get to it.
I'm beginning to think that well ported exhaust side but retaining the stock exhaust valves and using these cams will result in a HUGE midrange torque monster and get it prepared for boost.

THe ide I have is to take the 2.5L, machine out the combustion chamber where the shrouding is. Put in at least late model 2000+ pistons or nice aftermarket pistons. Port the hell out of the exhaust. Remove the secondaries and actually combine the runners.
For added fun, slap a fatty turbo on it with a moderate trim that will spool a bit quicker, maybe more like the T25 but with a bigger compressor.
