That shouldn't be too fast! I would've called the cops right there. Then again I no longer swerve for ppl coming into my lane. I honk...if they hit my coming into my lane it is clearly their fault and I have no issues.

Don't be so sure. An elderbus merged into the lane a friend of mine was driving on (in her Contour..) without signaling, hit her, and she got the blame.
