*does not play dvd mp3 discs
*will not read a dvd-r
*has dolby surround sound encoding built in
*needs an amp.. has just an internal amp for the center channel.
*motorized face
*takes forever to load an mp3 disc
overall a nice product. orignial retail was like $700
now you can get one for like $250
just an option
