the K&N is a great overall performance filter. You should be careful cleaning it though. Brushing it or using compressed air can open up holes in the cloth allowing dirt to get into your engine. I haven't cleaned mine yet. The previous owner had just put a new one on before i bought the car. i'm not looking foward to it.
