MOTOR TREND??? They're a bunch of jokes unless you're talking about stock or V8 powered pushrod motors. I read it for years and finally gave up on them. Read Sport Compact Car, OR Road and Track. The European car mags are good too.
That is such a bogus statement...more tossable and enjoyable. I really hate car mag writers use of words. This probably means that it had more of a safety margin designed into the car...less likely to kill themselves.
