I painted mine...if you have a good quality spray gun and a dustfree booth you can do it yourself.
Otherwise have it done in a autobody shop...my only recomendation is that you take it off yourself and mask it yourself...they usually don't have time to mask it properly.
When doing the reflector, paint the lower black bumper portion...looks much better all silver.
