I thought the noise problems were mostly solved with the KDW2s, and that it was the KDW that had bad noise.

I like my Toyos.

Correct, the KDW's that came on our SVT's were very noisy. The noise from the KDW2 is minimal. With an aftermarket exhaust, I don't hear anything from the tires. Others have said they are quiet with stock exhaust as well.
