agreed. but i'm referring to the cases wher the intel clearly shows that conclusions that are being drawn are very far fetched, highly unreliable or completely wrong in some cases.

Then perhaps you should talk to the rest of the Senate who also voted for the same war. Oh I forgot. Bush has top secret information that the senate didn't so therefore its all his fault. Give me a break.

I think whether or not it was speculation is the subject of this debate, so your premise there should not be accepted.




Considering the situation in Iraq over the preceeding 12 years, and our lack of field intel staff through the Clinton years, you can pretty much lump the vast majority of the intel into the speculation column. That is one reason I put so much emphasis on the declarations to the UN.



Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
