If it's ever proven that Saddam moved and/or sold his WMDs to other countries the liberals will complain that Bush didn't act on the Clinton Admin's calls for regime change soon enough. They'll pretty much be saying the exact opposite of what they're saying now. My guess it that a Democrat will be in office at that point and take the credit for everything.
