When I was in Lincoln Nebraska last weekend, a cashier for a chain advised me their station in Omaha NE was selling regular for $1.98 as of 11/4, a week ago now. While passing through towns eastbound and then westbound, saw that some prices at the same stations had dropped $0.25 per gallon overnight.
