That is not normal. When I put my defroster on my A/c always cycles on and off making the car jerk ever so slightly making the rpms of the tach move ever so slightly. I thought this was normal. A CEGer even suggested that it was normal.

Maybe I should take that offer on a 94 garaged with low miles sunfire.
