I am surprised that you have had problems with the Fast Lane guys at Campbell Ford, as they have always been excellent for me. Perhaps you got the wrong guy: Rollie is great, going so far as to offer to lend me his O2 sensor wrench if I decided to do the job myself. Really nice guy.
