Rollie at Campbel Ford took a reading and said that the Front upper 02 sensor was bad. I took a new Denso sensor to my mechanic (no time to do it myself at that point.) He screwed up and put the new front upstream sensor in the rear downstream spot, and the light went out, everything was fine.
Could this be causing the issue. As I type this, I am thinking that, oh yeah, that's gotta be it.

My car is gone and sold...but I just had to comment on this. What a bunch of tools at Campbell Ford. Was that in the fastlane Phil? they did the exact same thing with mine when I brought it in. I even drew a picture so they wouldn't screw it up. I popped the hood when I picked the car up and sure enough, the old O2 was still there. I don't think they know the difference between upper and lower bank...
