I can't see your picture. Basicaly when you look at where the cables attach, you see the cruise control cable and that one has slack in it. The throttle cable does as well, but is not nearly as noticable as the cruise. What I am talking about is not the cables... it's the linkage... I don't know if the SVT's have the same linkage as non-SVT's. Normaly the throttle cable attaches right to the t-body, in this case, it does not... there is a spring loaded piece of metal that the cruise and throttle cable attach to and then there is a little dog bone looking thing (this is what I am talking about) that goes to the actual throttle body (which also has a spring).
