OP KC5MD'sSVT CEG\'er K Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 187 246 Miles North Of Havana Cuba	Is there a Pictorial or a Step By Step diagram on removing the Moonroof Glass assy? Mine got scratched by Whorecane Wilma... The Glass and the Frame got scratched. I am looking at replaceing the moonroof glass panel. State Farm is paying to have the entire car brought up to "New"...At least the outer surfaces thst is. T-Red, should go in next week will take about a week to complete. Ordered new headlights from Bill in Las Vegas too. Any suggestions while its being resprayed? From Ford CD, Glass, Sliding Roof Removal and Installation 1. With roof opening glass closed, remove three screws retaining roof sliding panel opening shield at front of roof opening glass frame. 2. Raise the roof opening glass to vent position. Remove six screws (three each side) retaining roof opening glass frame to roof sliding panel guides. 3. From outside of vehicle, lift roof opening glass from sliding roof panel opening. 4. To install, a second technician is needed to position roof opening glass into vehicle. Align roof opening glass as outlined and reverse Removal procedure. Tighten screws to 0.8-1.5 N-m (7-13 lb-in). "Always do the cheap and easy ones first." 1996 V6 ATX 96K miles
