And for useless knowledge, my old 98 SVT #173 had a red badge too. I think the black badges were for the first few that went to historical and execs cars, I assume.

IIRC, Ford has the first 3 in storage/showroom and the next two went on to execs.

Mine had that black one, that was THE first thing I threw out after lookin at all the other engine bays and then mine..but little did I know untill 4 months later how rare my car was

Goonz werent you contacted by SVT because they couldnt find someone with a lower build number? This guy is number 6!!!!!!!!! Let him know who to talk to at SVT about that.
