I would pay for a 1900X1200 17"... I'm currently running 1280X1024 on a 17" which is the max i've ever seen a 17" desktop monitor...
I would imagine that there would be one, but LCD's are manufactured pretty much to standard pixel sizes. They are based on the average resolution for the size. You would have to find something special to get a different size.
Kind of like the old days with CRT's when MultiSync's were what everyone wanted for the huge displays
