Wrong - the SVT stock exhaust has 3 restrictive (baflled) mufflers. The center one is especially crappy being only 2" to start with when the surrounding piping is 2.25" and the rear two mufflers are baffled also. Good gains can be seen when swapping out the mufflers for magnaflow units along with a good y-pipe.



Whats your (or CEGs) definition of 'good' gain by replacing the mufflers and/or catback? I don't consider the 5>hp gained by doing either to be 'good.' I'll be the first to tell someone I got the Bassani for the sound...and because it was cheap...
