Alright, after saying I wouldnt part from my Contour, I parted

Too much work to make it worth anything, wasnt worth much anyway. SO! I Decided id get a new (parcially used) car!
Replaced with a 2005 Ford Taurus SE

Heres the last pic I got of my Contour GL, she will be missed much, but was time for me to move on.

Heres the new car, but the lighting sucks, I'll get more later

Feels so much nicer, and accelerates nicer too!

Specs are: 3.0L V6 FFV Vulcan Engine, 4Speed ATX, Center console shifter, 4 wheel ABS, Traction Control, Power windows/locks, remote entry, CD player. I love it

Ill try and get better pics later tho.

I am now a Troll!!!

True, but it's still a big upgrade from what he had.

I continue to be amazed that you're only 17 years old, given your choices and stances on the forums ... but congrats on the new car!

If luck comes my way, I'll soon be joining you as a troll.

18 today!

Well, they were giving me a huge pricecut on this car, which was once a loaner for the Service department, although a Duratec would be sweet, Vulcan is fine for now, still young, I'll take whats cheapest, efficent, yet still has the features I want

It's nice to know I have something when I turn the key, the motor will start within a second, unlike the Contour where it had to be held for at least 3/4 seconds... Only 5,000 Miles on it, (Test drove it at 4,9xx, I made it 5,000 miles )

For the most part, feels great to finally have a car that doesnt look ugly, or leak a lot of oil...

Wait a minute ... you bought ... a former loaner??

Have you any idea how much those things are abused?

Granted, you've got a warranty, so for the next 25K miles you're covered, I suppose.

Was only a loaner from April to August, only racked on 4800 miles on it appears, warranty for 7 year/75000. Obviously never been smoked in, and they said it was taken care of. Generally the younger people got the Ford focus, the more mature, generally got the Taurus
