It was OK this year. I thought that the show last year was alot better. It seemed like this year there was hardly an Warren Miller narration, which is usually pretty funny. Looked more to me like something Transworld would put on.

i'm suprised you saw much of it... since your head was in todds lap for most of the movie.

i agree though... it didn't have but 10 seconds of warren miller narration.

Jeremy Bloom was doing most of the narration. The last skier the one who used to play College Football

I agree this one didn't give me that same Warren Miller feel as last years or the previous ones that I have seen. I wanna see it next year at the Royal Oak Music Theatre.

I agree on all but the Transworld comment. I think that the freestyle made things a little less serious. A couple more crashes would be sweet. Maybe some racing footage too. The view from a starting hut for a slalom race is friggin nutz.... Looks like a sea of gates.
Crystal was pretty good Saturday. Not super busy, and descent snow, especially for December 3. I crashed, ohhhhh, about 40 times trying to nail some perfect s's on a black run.... watch for manmade pockets for a couple more weeks. They can (and DID) swallow an alpine nose in a hurry.
