How would the CVT2 trans work with the AWD and turbo'd 2.4L as far as perf goes

I like it.. and yes, this is the replacement vehicle for the Neon and SRT4
Mikey.. you live in Belvedere? nifty.. I always liked those little red/white/blue Neon shells out there..

I'm going to have to check it out inperson at the NAIAS in 2 monthes, but I just don't know about the overall look, but the promise of AWD and turbo'd perf could win me over, I just don't know yet

The upcoming Jeep Compass looks interesting. Jeep is looking to get into the Rally craze which is only now really getting big here in the US.

Yep the Jeep Compass is going to be on the same platform as the Caliber/Rebel/Lancer, which means Jeep and Dodge are going to enter into the WRC. Finally, two new competitors...

What the hell is the Rebel I hope it doesn't come with a rebel flag on the roof and an "O1" on each door and some losing generals name on the roof I can't see Jeep in the WRC, Dodge yes, but not Jeep! Its a truck brand, come on now  Even with Puegoet/Citreon out for next year, still don't understand that one  , why would they take a truck brand, it really "cheapens" the WRC IMO if they go that route. Hey GM, where in the hell are you guys at? BTW, can someone post the pics of this Rebel

How the hell does them taking on two new brands Cheapen the WRC? The freaking things look like car hybrids and in rally outfit they will look like.... ! rally cars. Old man is afraid of change

The name "rebel" is just what the common term for the new Neon replacement. No pics yet, but all you need to know is that it is the Calibers Sedan/Coupe form. I'm wondering...Why is it such a bad idea to have Jeep, some of the best AWD crafters on Earth competing in WRC? I think it's a fantastic idea, and will boost sales for both Dodge and Jeep.
