Nice truck, love the color, looks like it was taken care of.
It's the catalytic converter under there, thus the hump. Sucky place to put it IMHO, but I don't know where else you would put it without compromising ground clearance.

Oh yeah... I only paid $5,500 for it, and I am looking at a set of Foose 20" rims. They are beautiful and I am REALLY picky about asthetics.
