OP MystyMystique Member M Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 50 ND	Does anyone know if ND (North Dakota for those freaks who dont know that we are no longer a territory...) is a two-plate state? I wanna take off the front license plate when I transfer my car from MN to ND. Would look ALOT better.
