the last place i worked was like that.
they were complete a-holes about punching in and out.
if you forgot to punch in or out and didnt realize i and forgot to tell the big man, even if he saw you in the building all day, they wouldn't pay you for the day.
and when you brought it to their atention it could take up to 3 weeks for them to pay you for that day.
if yo punched in more than 5 minutes late, they docked you a half hour.
they never told us this when they took over, pissed off a lot of people.
