We're pretty convinced a friend of ours has sleep apnea, and every now and then we try to urge him to get looked at. He's too darn stubborn. I'd like to someday be armed with more info on the topic so I can badger him more.
Well, Robin has been noticing patterns for a while now. I saw my doc, who referred me to an ENT doc, who looked for a second and said "Woah... your tonsils are huge." Also looks like I've got a deviated septum. The combination puts me at about a 95% success rate if they remove my tonsils and fix the deviated septum. But, there's a possibe SIX WEEK recovery period. I'll *try* to just take a few days off, leaving me with my week of vacation, but, I'd also like to take another week off during the fall/winter.
*sigh* decisions, decisions.

And I managed to scheme leave for the 20th thru the 26th. So it looks like I'll be there in time for breakfast, chill for the weekend and then ride back with ya'll.
Kim, are ya'll thinking of using some walkie talkies this year to keep the convoy in touch?

You want entertaining walkie talkie talk? Try using them with the Chi-town CEGers. Funny at first, but talk about annoying!
