If you get a lawyer, be totally honest with them, don't leave out ANY information that his party could use against you in the accident!
All I was getting at really...I was sued in an accident where the guy hit me...the judge found us both 50/50 and fault and made me pay half the guys deductible! It was retarded, I appealed and didn't have to pay anything, but the judge was so biased towards a teen. To date that is my only accident.
