The only thing I am guilty of is hitting him after he came to an immediate stop. It was like he hit a wall or something. One second we're doing 30mph the next second I see the ass end of his car in the air. He never even touched the brakes. I think he was on his cell phone wich is illegal round these parts now.
The funny thing is that I remember having a bad feeling all day and something was telling me to turn around and go home. For this reason I was being unusually carefull. There was at least 3 car legnths between us but when something like that happens in front of you all you can do is hit the brakes and pray.
