A relative of mine worked in the legal dept of a big retailer many years ago and told me tons of stories of customers that used to set themselves up so they could sue later. They caught a lot of these people on camera.
This story sounds A LOT like one of those customers. I can't believe for a second that someone would just sit on a public toilet without checking first. In thi case, there obviously won't be camera footage. HD will probably pay to settle to save time and money.
